Delicious Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups green beans, cut into small pieces
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 table spoon olive oil
  • 2 table spoon Red Grape vinegar
  • 1/4 tea spoon salt
  • 1/4 tea spoon black pepper
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the green beans and garlic to the pan, and sauté for 5 minutes until the beans are tender.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the beans and boiled potatoes. Add salt, pepper, Red Grape vinegar, and the remaining olive oil.
  5. Let the salad cool slightly, then serve garnished with green onions.
