Ingredients

  • 400 grams quinoa
  • 100 grams diced mixed bell peppers
  • 100 grams diced tomatoes
  • 75 grams diced Cheddar cheese
  • 20 grams pomegranate molasses
  • 50 grams olive oil
  • 1 table spoon lemon juice
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • Pinch of spices
  • Pinch of dried coriander

Instructions

  1. Boil the quinoa in salted water with a little olive oil for 20 minutes.
  2. Let it cool completely.
  3. Mix with the remaining vegetables.
  4. Add olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, and season with salt and spices.
